庆祝赛库CellCook产品荣登顶级期刊Nature暨2024上半年CellCook被引部分文章汇总

       2024年4月22日,华大生命科学研究院联合国内外多个研究团队在 Nature 期刊发表题为Multimodal cell atlas of the ageing human skeletal muscle” 的研究论文。研究利用单细胞核转录组、单细胞核染色质开放组技术结合组织染色构建了包含31个不同性别和地区背景的人群下肢肌肉骨骼肌多模态单细胞图谱。通过对387000多个细胞/核的深入分析研究人员详细描述了细胞群体在衰老过程中的变化,包括老年人群新出现的细胞群体,以及这些变化背后的细胞特异性特征和多细胞间的网络互动特性。该研究在转录组学和表观遗传学层面上深入探讨了与骨骼肌衰老相关的分子机制。
